Hello Gorgeous! It’s nice to meet you! My name is Katie Bain & I am originally from the Athens, AL area & I’m proudly serving our Madison/Huntsville Community! I know exactly how important it is to feel special, pampered, & beautiful in a relaxing environment. I’ve designed my salon experience in a way that will leave you feeling, uplifted, relaxed, confident & of course, comfortable. I’ve been a stylist for 9 years & have never been more in love with my clients & career. I specialize in Low Maintenance Color & Extensions & take great pride the fact I travel for advanced classes annually. I do see my role as your stylist a little differently. I work together with all of my guests to create a long term hair-care plan to ensure their, cut, color, extensions & style always look fresh, & there won’t ever be a time where you feel bored or stuck in a routine. I will always check in and if any new hair issues come up - we’ll work through them together! When I’m not in the salon, I’m often reading, & possibly sticking my toes into the sand at the beach or traveling. Don’t worry… I know all the tips to keep your hair looking fresh & amazing even after a dip in the ocean. Speaking of reading… you may even be able to catch your new favorite book to take home with you on my bookshelf. I serve many clients from North Alabama, Nashville, Florida & even a few from Atlanta! CANCELLATION POLICY
REFUNDS I do not offer refunds of any kind. This includes no refunds for NO CALL/NO SHOWS or Cancellations UNDER 24 HOURS. However, if there is something that needs to be adjusted - you must let me know within 3 days of your original appointment to avoid paying for additional services. CANCELLATIONS I respectfully require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation/rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Cancellation/rescheduling fees are non-refundable and compensate for reserved appointment time and lost availability. These fees do not apply toward future services unless otherwise stated at stylist discretion. In the event that I need to reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, any deposits/prepayments will be transferred to your new appointment date. TARDINESS I have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running behind please call or text to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 50% of the cost of scheduled services. CARD REQUIRED A credit card is required to keep on file to schedule an appointment. I require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. In the case that the 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling. Credence Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file. All invoices must be paid in full, including applicable processing fees, within a timely manner. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in legal action for theft of services. SERVICES Blonding/color appointments exceeding 3 hours may incur an additional hourly charge based on time and product usage. RETAIL All retail sales are FINAL. I do allow trading as long as the product is the same in price, and product has not been opened. EXTENSION Extension sales are final and I do not offer any hair extension refunds. CAMERAS IN SALON I have a camera in my salon that records 24/7. Please understand this is to protect myself & my clients for special situations that could arise. Camera footage can and will be used for evidence for any court/law cases if necessary.
